Just down the road from our farm in Selma there is a little town called Wilderville. In this town there is a beautiful farm called Otium Organics. The owner is a wonderful guy called Cross Massaro. He has cows, (Jersey), a bull, goats (all kinds), pigs, dogs (of course) and all the usual chickens, hens, poultry et al. I have the pleasure of working with Cross on a daily basis and it has been enlightening to get to know him.
